Fresh, cleaned and boneless pieces of fillet of fresh King Mackerell from local fishermen. Sprinkled with sea salt and white pepper. Hot smoked with german Beech wood. Vacuumed about 200g - 250g pieces.
Can freeze the product about 2 – 3 months and in vacuum packed in fridge about 14 days.
